Training and Capacity Building

TSA facilitators assist non-governmental organizations, projects, and international donors in integrating a scaling-up perspective into their operations. Training sessions and workshops vary from brief remote collaborations to extended in-person workshops aimed at enhancing an institution’s capacity for scaling up. TSA facilitators collaborate to design and implement activities tailored to identified needs, the stage of the scaling-up process, and available resources.

Short-term support might include scaling-up workshops where global insights and guidance tools are introduced, discussed, and applied in practical exercises to enhance participants’ ability to plan, strategize, and manage scaling-up efforts for their projects.

When in-person visits are not feasible, TSA offers remote workshops, particularly effective for introducing the scaling-up framework and approach, provided there is subsequent follow-up.
